“Before calling Debooth Credit Solution I had a 542 credit score and couldn’t get approved for a loan. After taking a friend’s advice, I emailed [email protected] and as well called (562) 281-7621 and spoke to a friendly credit expert. After about two weeks, I started receiving letters stating that negative accounts had been removed from my credit reports! My credit score is 238 points higher and I’m feeling more relieved now. You can trust them with your credit because of their impeccable character. Cheers!!
Conversely, if you decide not to buy the house – or are unable to secure financing by the end of the lease term – the option expires and you move out of the home, just as if you were renting any other property. You’ll likely forfeit any money paid up to that point, including the option money and any rent credit earned, but you won’t be under any obligation to continue renting or to buy the home.
Whatever price you agree on, it should be fixed during the term of the option. Avoid deals where the purchase price will be “agreed upon” later or based on some future appraisal. The option fee is paid in exchange for the right to purchase the home for a set price within an agreed upon period of time. If a landlord won’t agree to a fair, fixed price, look for another property.
If you think this is just like renting, you are wrong. The problem with renting is you are paying a monthly fee without having anything to show for it after the fact. Imagine living in that place for years and years! You are potentially paying thousands of dollars for the years to come. With rent to own homes, your money goes towards ownership. Meaning, it is just like renting but working towards actually owning the property yourself instead of throwing your hard earned money down the drain.
Its a mobile home in a park (in Michigan) and we are putting $3,000 down on it. The balance owed on the home is $19,500. Our lot rent will be $308 a month and they require a security depsoit of $308. The rent credit has yet to be determined because the park is in process of buying the home themselves (so we havent made it that far yet). The park owner has told me it would be no more than $400 a month. All of this is no problem to us at all.

With the real estate market just beginning to recover all over the country, many homeowners are in positions where it makes sense to offer their properties for rent with an option to purchase. This means there are still a number of great houses available to rent and eventually buy, but as the market improves further, a fewer and fewer number of quality homes will be seen.
Las Vegas, the most populous city in Nevada, is known all over the world for a number of things: gambling, shopping, nightlife, and fine dining. Despite what some people may think of the city, however, it isn't purely a mecca for entertainment, and it is actually a growing choice among retirees and young families. The boundaries of Las Vegas also stretch beyond the visible city limits, taking in the mega resort area around the Las Vegas strip, as well as the Las Vegas Valley, although exactly what is encompassed by the city is a matter of interpretation.
Maintenance. Usually, there are specifications in the contract concerning maintenance. It isn't uncommon for the person who is purchasing the property to maintain it while they're living there. The tenant can be asked to pay for any repairs, property taxes, insurance, and any homeowner's association fees. Since it is the seller's home, they are technically responsible for taxes, insurance, and homeowner's association fees but they could ask the tenant to pay them. Either way, the tenant will need renter's insurance. It is up to the potential seller to specify what is covered by maintenance and what is not covered. This is very important because if nothing is specified, the tenant could end of doing major repairs instead of basic maintenance.
